SHUT OFF REMINDER

Hello Shannon Hills Water Customers.  Please be advised that water shut offs for non-payment will begin the morning of the 21st.  Payments are due no later than 5pm on the 20th. If you pay online after that time YOU WILL STILL BE SHUT OFF.  You MUST CALL THE OFFICE to pay your bill as well as the accured fees.  The added fees do not show up on the website the day of shut offs.  You must add 50.00 on top of your current bill. REMEMBER YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE TO RESTORE YOUR SERVICE.
